Refund Policy

Platform subscriptions

Seller plan charges are billed according to your organization subscription. Refunds for subscription fees, if any, are handled case-by-case by RentedMall support unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Store customer orders

Refunds for goods sold by a store are between the seller and the customer, subject to the seller’s policies and payment provider capabilities. RentedMall does not automatically guarantee customer refunds.

Gateway and escrow fees

Transaction fees already assessed on settled payments or escrow releases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by RentedMall.
